hey, so i noticed that after i played around with my tongue in my teeth i suddenly felt that the day after my tongue were tender when i hit something in my mouth. Then i pulled out my tongue and noticed it has a white little lumpy dot on it. Ideas?
It's a swollen node. You can get them from biting your tongue, drinking something hot or as a small side effect of a cold or virus. It will feel tingly for a few days and then disappear.
If it's still there in a week or becomes larger and inflamed go see a Doctor.
Those are very common. The ones I had are called lie bumps.
I used to get them every now and then. I just left them alone and They went away on their own.
A canker sore or a swollen taste bud. Try your best not to touch it, I know easier said than done. You can get a mouth rinse for mouth sores at most pharmacies and Walmart. It is made by Orajel I believe. It is basically minty peroxide and works wonder for any kind of mouth ouchies.

when I get really low or anxious or both. My tounge gets sore as you’ve discribed there little ulcers( due to stress)
My advice would be go to you dentist of course to rule out anything, then if all clear ask your dr for some mouth wash with antiseptic ( or over counter) it relives them. when I pick up a little they go.
i have them now, I’ve got used to them flaring up but they can be really sore!!
It’s quiet common if you are low in mood/energy I’ve a low immune system.
So Dentist ? Would be the way to go first. That’s what I did nothing bad but like I said little ulcers.
