White lump underneath penile skin, what could this be? Cyst?

I've noticed this white lump ~10 days ago right underneath the penile skin. When I touch it, it doesnt hurt, it also feels solid inside like a tiny ball. In normal state it isnt visible much, but when the penis is erect, the lump bulges out a bit more and it is easier to feel the "ball", also more visible. What could it be?

This is small compared to a typical cyst - but given the location that is still what it could be. To see if it behaves like a cyst, when you have an erection try to softly push it in towards the main body of the penis, or whether it simply does not move at all. A cyst has some mobility usually.
Cysts are usually linked to the amount of time the penis is erect for sex, and / or for masturbation, they can also be caused by manual forms of penis enlargement.
It is likely to fade away of its own accord - and this amount of time can hugely vary, but if it is not further irritated it may completely fade within 2 or 3 months, persistent ones can last the best part of a year.
If it turns out not to be a cyst all you can do is monitor it for further development and seek medical advice if it starts looking completely wrong
