White Mucas or Fat in stool?!?!

So after the bathroom this morning, I noticed my stool looking like this. Any answers to what this may ?!?

All my feces were brown but one had like 1/2 thick white mucas. I was diagnosed with gastritis and used Ritidiline for a month then she put me on Prilosec. Not sure if this is doing anything. I don't have a fever or blood, no headache.

Its obviously something you have ingested...think back about what youbhave been eating.....
