I’ve had the exact same thing. They then became more raised, actual white bumps. I had it on the exact same spot, 2 on sides and one on top. I also had 2 on labia minora and one on clitoris but those were not white and looked completely different from those on vaginal opening. I was told here that these are genital warts. I was advised and have decided not to do the biopsy since I’m pregnant but took matters into my own hands. I got rid of the outside ones in like 3 days using ACV but that method is too harsh for the inside. So for ones on vaginal opening I have been doing very diluted ACV and baking soda bottom soaks every other day for 20 minutes and using very diluted ACV and baking soda in a sprayer bottle (mix fresh solution every 1-2 days) 2-3 times a day every day and grapeseed oil after it dries.
See your doctor and see if they grow bigger. Could be something completely different.
Forgot to mention that one lesion (on the bottom of vaginal opening) is completely gone and others shrank significantly and will soon disappear.
