White patch on glans, present for a few weeks but no pain

I've noticed this white ish patch on top of the ridge of my penis over the last few weeks, it doesn't seem to budge with cleaning but doesn't cause any pain at all unless I try to roughly move it in which case derp it's gonna cause pain haha. I thought it might be scar tissue or something from a period of frequent masturbation but couldn't find anyone else who had experienced the same so thought I'd reach out here. I've attached a picture that hopefully shows it clearly enough!thank you for any help in advance

Hi you should have it checked with your doctor it could be fungal or even lichen sclerosus. photo is not very clearest is there some discoloration on the inner foreskin as well It would be important to get properly diagnosed and treated.

I agree with Ivan, the health specialist that can check this for you would be a Dermatologist.
