White patch on introitus? (Pic included)

I had unprotected sex with someone new (stupid me) about 3 weeks ago. afterwards, i experienced severe vaginal discomfort for 5 days. i took a diflucan and it seemed to improve. I now am having vulvar discomfort/pain. i recently had full std panel and was only positive for hsv-1 & 2 by blood (never had genital symptoms). negative for gonorrhea, chlamydia, trich, syphilis, hiv.

i have been on suppressive valtrex for cold sores for quite some time now. i just noticed this white patch on my introitus and imflammation. any ideas? i dont have any itching, dysuria, or abnormal discharge. any ideas?!

i have been doing epsom salt bath and it does help along with putting antibiotic ointment and letting the area breathe. the discomfort is worse when wearing tight undies i also have a kyleena iud. image

im struggling to see anything abnormal on that photo if you have tested posotive for hsv2 it could be the start of a break out but i cant see anything there lol usualy when u get a herpes break out the spots are very itchy look like blisters which pop then scab over within 7 days

have u been swabbed for yeast im not saying thats what it is but it can cause vaginal soreness an irritation and it can be quite severe
