On the head of my penis, after any sexual contact, I am left with a visible white patch on the underside. I've been isolated and so have have had no sexual encounters in close to 2 months. Today I tried masturbation, and to my surprise the patch returned immediately after completion. Sometimes I am left with a throbbing pain shooting down into my anal region, or itchiness.
I am circumsized, 24 years old and this has been a problem for 3 years. I Have gotten tested for STIs and it all came back negative. My doctor could not tell me what it was and said to try stopping sex for awhile. I thought after two months, If it was an irritation it would disappear.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
What you see and the pain are two entirely different issues: variation in skin pigmentation is very common, the fact that it varies may make it slightly different to most which are permanent - but I think this is most likely linked to the activity. For the pain you would need to get a Urologist to check on that for you.
When you masturbate or have sex do you always apply anything to your penis at all, such as a lube of some kind … ?
