White patch on penis skin once the cut has been healed

Hello Accidentally cut the penis skin with a razor. The cut was very small, but I thought it was a little deep, but I wasn't looking. The wound healed, it's fine, it doesn't hurt. But there was a white path left in the wound. I thought it might be a wound healing process, but I never had one. I couldn't even google that. So, I'm writing here. Or is it a scar? He-he.
