i have white patch under my penile head !and I am not sure what it is…quite bothering though, no pain or itch. Just a white patch but pretty visible when wet. it looks like a skin that has been scratch.
Sometimes things like this happen for no particular reason.
If you run a finger tip softly over this does it feel different to the surrounding skin or is it exactly the same … ?
