Hello I am 15 years old and have these white patches on my penis. I also have PPP and Foldoyce spots but I am more concerned about the white patches because they just came overnight. I am a virgin if that matters, but if anybody could tell me what these are and how to treat them it would help a lot because I am extremely worried.

So, purely in terms of the white patches you have you need to go see a Regular / Family Doctor / GP, or if you can go see a Dermatologist, the other potential is to go to any Walk-In Sexual Health Service (they deal with Genital health, they are not just for people who have had sex).
What you could well have is a skin condition, this needs to be correctly diagnosed and the CORRECT form of treatment put in place.
