They are sort of bumpy and they sting when I urinate or touch them. I don't know if its thrush or something. I've never been sexually active.
It looks like Lichen Sclerosus and not thrush. You need to see your GP who will probably recommend steroid cream. It may take some time to get under control so do try to get to your GP as soon as you can. Dont wear tight underwear or thongs or jeans and make sure your underwear is 100% cotton and not a man made material.. Dont wear any underwear at night.
