White patches on head of penis - sign of herpes?

About 1 month ago I had unprotected penetrative sex, and laster tested positive for chlamydia. Gonorrhea, Hepatitis B and C, Syphilis, and HIV all came back negative. However, I was unable to get tested for herpes. Also, I recently noticed these strange white patches on my penis head. They are not raised at all, and disappear when i get an erection. Could someone help identify if this is a sign of genital herpes? Thank you.

The white patches could be linked to blood flow in the penis, and this is why they disappear when you get an erection as there is a much greater supply of blood. So, as far as I am aware this would not be a typical reaction you would get with Herpes.
Would you say the white patches are on the surface of the skin, of is the discolouration at a lower level than that?
What you could try, carefully, is to draw a fingernail across an area where one of these patches is most distinct and you should see a change in the colouration in the line you have drawn. It should initially turn even more white, then quickly recover - if there is no change this could suggest there is a blood flow issue.
If you have access to medical specialists you could get a Urologist to give an opinion on this, if not, get your regular / family doctor / GP to check this for you …
