I have had these spots on the penis for about 4/5 years, lately they have become lighter (or the rest of the skin has become more dark?). what can it be? it does not hurt, does not itch and does not burn, the skin is not raised. I thought about vitiligo but looking at images of vitiligo online they seem very different, mine are just a little bit hypopigmented and during the erection they are barely visible, do you have any advice to give me?
could they be stretch marks? a strange kind of mole?
the spots are located right where I usually grab the penis during masturbation, I don't use lubricants.

I do not think you have anything to worry about. You have no pain and like you said when your erect you barely see them.
I also see you have Fordyce Spot. That could be them do or it is some thing with the pigments in the skin. That could happen anywhere on you body. You just had it happen on you penis.
I have a spot on my arm that is white. The rest of my body is olive colored, I don’t worry about it because it is just the pigment in my skin

The amount of time this has been present, without developing into an actual skin condition is the unusual feature. From your comment on masturbation it is possible your fingertips are particularly naturally oily, so that is one potential source of the issue.
And, yes the Dermatologist is probably the ONLY way to get detailed advice on this
