I noticed it about a week ago, so far it hasnt gotten any bigger or smaller. Some spots seemed raised, like a little bump but no puss or liquid, just skin. Nothing hurts,burns or itches. I'm sexually active with my long term gf. I plan to see a doctor soon, just maybe getting some insight here first. Thanks.
looks like lichen sclerosus, something I’ve had/still have remnants of. I used a mild steroid cream called eumovate which cleared up the bumps although still remains a slight white colouration on the glans. Best to see doctor for further advice.

Yes it looks like lichen sclerosus your GP might start you on a antifungal cream first for a yeast infection if you’ve only had it there a week? it’s very close to your meatus as well if it is LS you will need treatment for this so you to need to see doctor as soon as you can. they will probably start you on some steroid cream and refer you on to dermatologist or urologist.
