I actually had this for years but didn't really do anything and seek medical treatment (my bad) cause it was not causing any issues. No pain, no discharge, maybe a slight slight itch sometimes. Can't be washed off with water and soap.
So now Im drepressed cause I don't know what it is and I sent some photos to some doctors online and the overwhelming consensus is that there is a possibility that its lichen sclerosus or Lichen planus?
Some opinions?

Hi yes it could be ether for them you need to have it checked with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and start treatment.
