White pimples around anus?

Is this herpes? I’m a gay male, got tested for HIV and STD’s last month, all good. But I’ve had unprotected sex since then and noticed these small bumps a few weeks ago. Thought they were just ingrown hairs, but another small cluster started forming. I just want to know if its anything serious.

please get tested request a swab and blood test for all STDs including Herpes and insist for a test I read a lot where doctors dont test cause they think it’s nothing and deny a patient a test which they are NOT allowed to do.
