I have had these hard white patches appear on the head of my penis for a few years. No pain, but starting to become concerned as one is over the opening.
Not a STI as i have had one sexual partner since the age of 15 (now 24) and she is the same.

I agree this could be Lichen Sclerosus (LS) which is indeed an autoimmune condition - there is also the possibility that it is a type of Genital Wart (sometimes referred to as a Plate Wart).
You will need to get a a visual check from either a Dermatologist or Urologist as soon as possible.
I say this as I am also concerned about the brown mark / spot to the front right in photo 1, and the possibility is that this is a pre-cancerous growth, which given your age is rather unlikely, but you need to get it ruled out (and yes, it may ‘just’ be a mole)
