hello, I discovered this bump on my Scrotum about two months ago. popped it and it seemed to come back. two different opinions saying that first it's probably just Folliculitis and second that it was a sebaceous cyst. Hasn't really grown in size nor does it itch or hurt. any idea what it could be?? thought about popping it again, but scared it might get infected opening it up or make things worse. would love some help for a peace of mind.
