White Spot on Foreskin

Hi there,

I recently discovered a white spot underneath my foreskin (attached image above). It’s not a bump, just seems to be a white spot that is flat on the same level as the skin around it. Does anyone have any idea what it is? I’m currently sexually active so I’m worried it might be an STD. I do always use protection, but not for oral sex.

The redness around the white spot was from me squeezing it and scratching at it for a bit. It was normal before.

There isn’t any pain from the white spot at all when I touch it, however the white spot it self feels rough when it touch it. I don’t have any other symptoms otherwise.

Any input is really appreciated! Thank You

It is more likely this is a skin issue rather than an STD by the looks of it.
It looks like you are uncircumcised so when you wash your inner-foreskin you need to make sure there is no moisture left behind - what can also be a source of moisture being present on a regular basis is if you are sexually aroused and you are producing pre-ejaculate - this is a considerable source of wetness, as regular moisture / wetness MAY be the source of this.
You need to monitor it closely for it getting larger or appearing anywhere else on the upper-shaft / tip area of your penis - as ever, if you feel you have put yourself at particular risk of STD / STI go and get this visually checked at a sexual health service provider …
