not really itchy or painful, i notice when i urinate because it throws my stream off. i didnt even notice it but now that i notice it its in my head and anxiety

if you are referring to an STD testing clinic, im not sure, they are closed until monday, so i would have to wait until monday. do you think it is an std of some sort? could it not be from freqeunt masterbation? possibly semen resting on meatus or something of the sort?
You mentioned anxiety so I suggested to visit the STD clinic for peace of mind to rule out any STDs if it isn't STD . When I saw the picture i thought it was a blister but you said that it was not itchy or painful because if it was itchy or sore it might be HSV 1 or HSV 2 but only a swap or IGG blood test can determine that. It is important to rule out any STDs by a professional so you need not to worry to pass on any STDs when active in the future.

it will be monday before i can really get to a clinic, you said it looks like a blister? i was going to go to a pharmacy to get std tests, but they are 60-70 dollars a piece , should i only purchase the hsv test? i do not think i feel any burning sensation but now that i am worried i feel like im urinating more, or that i feel a slight burn every once ina while but i do not know if im just in my head
