Hi, I have this white spot on my penis. Its about the size of a freckle. Its been there for 3 weeks.
I showed the doctor and he had a very quick look (with the little telescope thing on his head) and said it was nothing and just skin discolouration.
But I think he is wrong. When i zoom in with my phone (picture attached) it reminds me of what a wart kind of looks like.
What does everyone on here think? Should i be worried? It will cost me a fortune to see another doctor that isn't my GP.
history: I haven't had actual sex for a couple of years but i do get a couple of bj's a year. I don't use lube. I do have sensitive skin but never had an issue in this area.
Yo finally someone with the exam same thing as me. I have an appointment in a few weeks to know for sure. I have like 2 or 3 of these small spots, about 1mm in size, slightly raised and no pain or itching associated. My first thought was mild hpv presentation to its hard to say.
Do you have multiple? what are your other symptoms, has it grown at all? I’ve read about using vinegar (acetic acid) on the spot to see if it turns white, indicating an hpv lesion.

interesting! i was also thinking HPV after doing some googling. My symptoms sound exactly the same as yours. I’ll try the vinegar.
In have 2 other spots but way smaller, you can hardly see them. If it is HPV does that mean i could pass it on? is there any way to cure it?
If it is hpv your body could potential fight off the virus in about a year or two, otherwise you’ve got the virus for good. And yes you could pass it on. But on the bright side, many girls have the gardisil 9 vax that includes protection against HPV 6 and 11 (the ones causing warts.) and it would be completely fine. Theres also topical creams that can remove the warts (not the virus) including imiquimod, podofilox, sinecatechins, TCA, BCA. Could also have them laser removed, or “frozen” off. For us since they’re small I think the creams would be very effective but I’m honestly not sure, you’ll have to go get an official recommendation and diagnosis from a dermatologist.
