White spot on the back of my tonsil

I have just passed tonsillitis, I took some antibiotics and yesterday was my last day. Tho these last 3-4 days (some times) I feel like somthing is in my tonsil ans just 2 day ago I found out I have this

I fear that is cancer because of google. Im 18 and have no history of cancer in my family, also from childhood I have problems with my tonsils(getting sick easy) Sorry for my bad einglish
