Not sure what this is but I just noticed it a couple of days ago. I found a white canker sore like spot on the frenulum and head of my penis. Its dry and a bit rough.
Its painless and i have no other symptoms.
I masturbate 3-4 times a day.
Last sexual encounter was 5 months ago and i used a condom.
I dont know its and std, fungal infection, or maybe injury from masturbating a lot more that usual?
I use body wash on my body including penis.
