white spot that looks like a wart on meatus since 1-2 years

Over a year ago this spot suddenly appeared, it hasn’t changed much. Not been sexually active. It’s a little rough to the touch like a wart and pretty flush with the skin, just slightly elevated. There is no discomfort. I can scratch it, and little parts from the top will come off. I know I shouldn’t have done the following and it could cause scarring, but I’ve treated it with a wart freezing tool before and it actually almost fully peeled off, except for a tiny, small faint part that remained from which it grew back to its original state.

I really want it to go away, it’s been maybe 2 years since it appeared.

I don’t like the idea that you took a freezing kit to the lesion. Was it diagnosed as a wart prior? While it could be a scar, I would also have a concern of penile cancer and would get it examined by a in-person healthcare professional.

Hi you should have it checked with your doctor when it’s there for that long it’s time to get it sorted. It could be lichen sclerosus if it was it you will need treatment.
