I have these white spots around my penis head and foreskin, it comes and goes sometimes disappearing after a few hours or overnight. It doesn't itch or hurt, doesn't sting when I pee either. Also, noticed an increased amount of smegma recently. I'm in my thirties, does anyone know what this is?
Hay it could be a fungal infection or yeast infection I’d have it checked with your doctor.
