I can’t tell from the pictures, possibly just sebaceous glands but could also be moluskum contagium
someone messaged me saying it could be an std but ive not had sex before only received oral many times by the same person and I know for a fact they have no std’s
they look like sebaceous cysts
might be molluscum contagiosum, get them checked out nonetheless
