so i had these white spots near the frenulum for a while and it wont go away i’m a virgin and take a shower everday and its still there mabye its a Parafrenular gland or tyson gland or its normal can someone help me out i dont have a clue on what it is
Hi Jack, they are probably Tyson spots but if you are concerned about it then consult with your doctor.
hell ivank sorry for the late respond but i still have then haven’t went to the doctor i do think these are tyson spots its just the way it looks is disturbing that’s all i plan on telling my dad to take me soon just kinda embarasing

Do you have any pearly penile papules on the rim of your glans?
I think they are probably Tyson spots lots of guys have them your dad could even have them so definitely ask him and don’t be embarrassed he wouldn’t want you worrying about anything he’s there to help you!! No harm to have them checked out with your doctor if your concerned about them even if your in for something else you can ask them don’t be embarrassed or worried about showing them!!

hello ivank yea they are still the same nothing changed at all they never itch or hurt pr nothing at all its just one of the glands just stick out the most for some reason yea ima gonna tell my dad still havent… lol but i feel fine its just ditrubung to look lile some days its not as white as others n the thing is i got them even before i started having sex so i was like its not a std or sti but i am gonna get it checked put by a docotr n i even had sexual intercourse with no condom with my partner for over a year but can these be contongius or anything i don’t want to give her anything that would harm her in any type of way i mean i have shoulve thought about that before having sex with her but i did tell her ablut it but yes i plan telling my dad this week js been busy fo school thank you so ivank for responding to me and helping me out

No problem I still think they are probably Tyson spots lots of guys have them and pearly penile papules they are very common to have still. I would consult with your doctor to confirm what they are and for peace of mind.
