I have several white spots on my back, which doesn't go away using 2% ketoconazole shampoo daily. Have been trying to get rid of it for 2 months now. Also, took oral Fluconazole twice, 150mg first time and 300mg second with no success. I had similar spots before and managed to get rid of them sucessfully using just shampoo. Is this tinea versicolor? Is this something different? What could it be?
