ive got these white spots.anyone has got a idea about this
Hey, these are called "Pearly Penile Papule" and are nothing to worry about and very common.
Unfortunately the only way to get rid of them is with a laser and it can be very expensive.
Thanks Bee.but was talking about the white soft flat lumps a little bit down the shaft.please let me know if youve got any idea.thanks
