hello everyone! long story short I hooked up with a girl 3 days ago. We started off with a condom but after a while she took it off to give me oral and then got back on top. After we finished I expressed my concerns and she said she hasn't been sexually active in over a year because she had a baby a few months ago. Fast forward 2 days later these white spots appeared on my penis head. They don't hurt, itch, or burn when I urinate. there's no discharge and I don't have any flu like symptoms. I had the condoms for a while so I'm not sure how good they were. Any information you guys can provide will be extremely appreciated, thank you. 
UPDATE: during my shower I thoroughly washed the area with only water and the spots began to come off. I will keep updating if they reappear.
