White spots on penis. Need help!

I just shaved a today. And i noticed these white bumps on my penis and testicles as well. its been 3 months since i had sex. and since i have shaved as well. they do not hurt or anything. i wondering if just sebaceous glands or something i should be concerned with p.s. the red ones are ones i accidentally nic'd with the razor

Those are defintiely ingrown hairs

oh really? is there anyway i can get rid of them? also thanks because my gf has no sign if them and last time we had sex was 3 months ago. long distance relationship
