Heloo so i have some white spots on my penis for a while now they dont hurt are not inconvenient but estetic they bother me. Can someone please tell me what could they be. And i hadn't have sex for a half year so may not be a sexual problem i don't know.

If not causing you pain… that’s a good sign. If you want to be safe, get it checked by a GP. If they don’t grow or don’t effect you they may just go on their own, keep monitoring. I wouldn’t say its serious, if you have no symptoms at all other than this.
They don’t present pain or disconfort just estetic i don’t like them do you know what it might be?
