White spots on testicles, nothing I was looking for matches

Hi everybody. I am 20 years old and I have this weird ball shaped dots on my testicles for few years now, probably got them somewhere mid puberty. They are really distracting (looks, I hate the look, it looks disgusting). I visited 2 different doctors, one said that I just have to go visit my personal doctor about it and he will prescribe me some pills and it will all go away, my personal doctor said that this is unfixable except with laser surgery. I thing this is just stupid, how inconsistent doctors are and someone knows something, someone doesn’t know sh*t.

Anyone can help me, what can I do to get rid of them? Some expensive surgeries are kind of out of my league :confused: Thanks for help

If it only bothers your mind and not your body don’t worry about it. Nobody else can see it.

People else can see it, if you know what I mean, If you touch it, I can feel them, women can feel them and its no joy for them :confused: Can you help me please?

Possibly Fordyce spots and if they really bother you then the only sure way of removal is laser surgery.
