hi all, I have had a couple of white spots on soft palate and tonsils for the past couple of weeks. I cannot seem to be able to get rid of them in any way. Does anyone know if they are normal or is that a sign of infection?

looks looks craters that my kids get that food gets stick in. keep rinsing cough it out also that’s what they do. sorry can’t be of more help. Prayers
nothing serious clean it with warm salt water
