I throat started to get really sore when I swallow, it feels like I’m swallowing something sharp. Took a look at my tonsils and there’s white spots on them, not just white markings, they are physical tiny white lumps. The back of my throat is very red. What could this be?
Possibly tonsil stones? A build up of bacteria/ debri that calcifies and Creates little stone like lumps
