I recently went to the Dr. and tested for STI. I tested + for Gonorrhea and Yeast Infection. Got the shot to treat Gonorrhea. Recently, it has been burning to pee and my vagina is itchy. I also have noticed i have white spots. Is this because if yeast infection? Is there something else wrong? How can i fix
