White Spots Under Foreskin

Hi, I have three little white spots under my foreskin that go down in a line which i thought might be pearly penile papules but not I'm not too sure now... Does anyone know what they might be or if they are ppp

thats not PPP .
i have something similar in a more advance stage .
ive gone to 2 urologist and 1 dermatologist .
neither can give me a straight answer .
get it checked out .
they might want to do a biopsy

Yeah thought it might not be now… I’m booked in to see the doctor so will see what they say.

I have something very very Similar same location. I had it since I was like 14 before I started having sex. I doubt it is something major. but keep that appointment but don’t expect the worst.
