Hi for the last few moths i have had white spots forming under my penis head (hopefully the pictures can show it). Any idea on what it could be? I had an STI check up after it formed and i came back clean and have had some sex since. its not itchy or gives no sensation its just white.
Further context: it wont wash away regardless on how much i scrub
looks like pearly penile papules to me which is a normal thing that men can get not STD related!
