no idea, i use to get it all the time when i was on a foam version but now im on tablet i get little specs of white now and again. i think it just where is hasnt absorbed fully. i drink more water now than i use to and dont see it as much so maybe give that ago. mesalazine also made part of my stool black so if you see that one day dont worry to much, its just where it oxygenates.
