I’ve had a white tongue since the start of this virus almost two years ago. It feels dry, there a little red spots on it (painless), and now a have weird one-sided throat pain. I really had been doing better and now I feel like I am back to square one. Has anyone out there successfully gotten rid of the white tongue symptom? Any advice would be deeply appreciated. I’m so tired of feeling poorly.

I’m just over 1 year with EBV & still have white tongue and get one-sided sore throat on some days as well. I find mornings to be rough, but things usually improve by the end of the day & then the cycle repeats the next morning. It’s really frustrating as all Hell.
