White tongue , bitter taste in mouth

I have gallstones , been suffering with really painful attacks.
I had MRI and I am now booked in for my pre-op. So hopefully I will get it removed soon.
Did anyone suffer with white tongue and bitter taste in mouth with gallbladder problems ?

Have you looked into Candida or bacteria overgrowth ?

I do have the bitter taste but my tongue isn’t white. Did you ever figure out what your’s was?

Hi yes it was caused by my gallbladder and acid. had gallbladder out 2 months ago and been fine since, normal healthy tongue and no bitter taste, foods actually taste nice again… before everything was either to sweet, salty , bitter etc.
