Please help! Since I was pregnant (absolutely okay with my health during all my life) and then delivered my baby .. on the 18th day of the birth of my child I woke up with a sore throat but nothing more. no fever , no bad condition, just a sore throat for a couple of days and on my tonsils there were 4-5 little white spots. i was afraid and my doctor prescribed me an antibiotic. then the white spots were not already there but the pain continued after the last day of my antibiotic. Then my mouth started getting really dry.. and when I checked my tongue was a lot white and started burning ,when eating spicy it is hurting and even my lips and gums . i started going to ENT doctors , dentist and no one could say what is happening. almost 3 years after the begging, it is the same. I have itching , burning , a feeling like my tongue is burnt from a hot tea. my throat hurts and feels like a knife is stabbed with a knife. made some microbiology tests which came once with a bacteria and a lot times including today again with nothing found. all the doctors say a lot things and nothing has anything in common with my problem. I tried in the begging to put a cream in my mouth which is for oral thrush , in the beggining I thought the burning sensation stopped but then it again appeared. never tried to have a pill for somethjng. also I have a totally bad breath , even after I brush my teeth. I do not have problem with my teeth. After eating it stops and then appears again. my sugar blood is normal, my vitamjn B12 and the iron in my body - absolutely normal. 3 years and no answer what is my problem!! HELP! the pictures are before eating and after eating .. the white thing is not possible to be brushed. it is always there. my whole life I had normal pink tongue ( never dry, itchy or burning sensation) Is it possible to be thrush , but the microbiology just not finding it for some reason?
