i am 20 years old. virgin, i have noticed this white heads when i was around 12 years old. there were 3 on one side and 2 on another. i initially thought it to be Tyson's gland. now i am afraid that it can be something else. maybe because of unhealthy masturbation. i used coconut oil for masturbating. please help me with your opinions. i haven't consulted dr. before for this. attachment image
Okay, so if these have been there since you were around 12 they have developed naturally - whether they should be there is a different matter, they MAY NOT be a normal part of penile development.
This will be completely NOT linked to what you do when masturbating, however, it is possible that the coconut oil is slightly irritating them - use a very light coating of the oil, try to keep the oil away from the head and upper shaft of your penis when you apply it. I would use a very small towel, or facecloth that ONLY YOU would use to clear oil away the oil DURING masturbation from the head area of your penis.
How many of these ‘whiteheads’ do you currently have? Can you get a closer photo of them …
