Whitish patch / spots on glans penis

These spots appeared suddenly, and have me pretty worried. I am sexually active but wear a condom. The spots feel almost like dead skin and dont itch or irritate me at all, just look very worrying. Any help would be appreciated, along with how i might be able to go about getting it checked out.

Hi it could be a yeast infection I’d have it checked with your doctor or STI clinic

It looks like smegma to me.
Does it come off when you wash your penis head?
