i can feel something bad coming, like looking over the edge of a cliff, or standing on the rail in front of an oncoming train.

not on any meds, not under treatment, been thru a stack of groups who talked at me but didnt allow me to talk, currently on th waiting list for a trick cyclist (psychiatrist)- no end date on that because everythings stretched to hell here.&nbsp;

depression & ptsd after a head injurty 15 years ago

who do i call?

Are you in the UK? You could call the Samaritans. Also Google services in your local area. There may be a crisis line for you to contact.&nbsp;

You should get advice from a medical professional in case it could be a physical problem to do with the head injury, don't waste any time.
