im no doctor but this honestly looks like ingrown hairs. you can see the whiteheads in the bottom left and that usually indicates an ingrown hair or pimple. dont freak out too much!

i was drinking at like 9am!!! i keep monitoring them to see if they are getting bigger or if they burst open, but they are just there not doing anything… Thank you for commenting it put some ease to my mind!!!
no problem! im going through something similar right now, but theyre literally right on my panty line and they get very irritated. sensitive skin sucks. hope they clear up soon for you 
me too!! and yours as well… They are actually not as irritated as if they are healing or going away. so im hopeful
