Why Am I Always Cold?

I'm not anxious or anything 😂. I just wanna know if you guys know what this might be. Im literally always cold. Sometimes I may get warm, but my hands & feet are always cold. I had a blood test in October. Healthy. Any ideas?

The extremities ( hands; fingers, feet, toes) receive less blood flow than other body parts because of their location. As long as your blood work was fine, you are ok.

Ive been cold my whole life and I am very healthy 😁

Oh okay. Yeah I was checked for blood clots in October as well. Along with a chest & stomach xray. Only thing they told me was ibs but that's not related. I guess I just won't mind it lol

Hi Anxiety isn't great & yes I am always cold.Arthritis doesn't help at all.A lot of anxiety meds do make one feel cold.Google anxiety & cold feet.regards Amanda h

Hi, my hands and feet are always cold and have been for the past 30 years. It’s really bad in cold weather as they freeze and cause a lot of pain. I have an annual medical every year and nothing has been picked up. Just the way some of us are I guess.
