The sensitivity is basically something you need to work with to reduce the impact of it - essentially you get used to it by practising with yourself to withhold ejaculation for as long as you can. What some uncircumcised men do is to have the head of the penis exposed as often as possible by discovering a point at which when the foreskin is drawn back it will pretty much remain there for most of the day. Obviously this is a long process and not something that will change within a short period of time.

I've the same problem... as well as unsighthly it is painful just before orgasm....
I've had the same problem since I was like 10-years-old. I'm circumcised so I've always thought that my glans are cracked due to air exposure and the constant rubbing against clothing. A natural penis is supposed to have foreskin covering the glans to keep it lubricated and protected. Circumcision prevents this from happening.... I would not have undergone this surgery if I was old enough to stop it. The doctor cut off my foreskin when I was less than 1-year-old. This procedure should be illegal, as it messes with overall sensitivity and satisfaction during sex as well. No surgery should be done nation-wide without the person's consent at such a young age. This changes the person's life forever.

i have the same exact problem and mine looks exactly like yours. Have you found anything that helps with the smell? Ive tried everything but nothing keeps it smelling fresh and Dr dont seem to understand. Ive spent time in the locker room showers with my buddies and theirs doesnt smell like mine. I have to move away sometimes to undress after working out cuz sweat just makes it worse.
