so my glans looks incredibly bad and is super sensitive but like REALLY sensitive due to these things... is there a way to remove them or alleviate them?

These are a natural part of your penis - so ESSENTIALLY you do not remove them. They develop following the onset of sexual maturation - so I am guessing you are a relatively young man?
