i hate my life at minute iv got dizziness tinnitus and now anxiety is back pins and needles across my face shaking inside i just want to feel normal

im on vitamins and magnesium waiting for therapy and hospital appointment for meniere disease is horrendous
i hope you start to feel better soon. Have you spoken to your doctor about your anxiety?

i am glad you are getting therapy, it will help you so much. In the mean time try watching youtube video on stopping panic attacks, relax as much as you can. Im sorry you are going through this.

thanks iv been given prochlorperazine for vertigo so im hoping they help due to health anxiety i worry about the side effects silly i know but part of my life untill i can get past it xxx
